Copies of Public Financial Disclosure Reports Now Available Online

March 12, 2012

Copies of the certified public financial disclosure reports (SF 278/OGE Form 278) and, as appropriate, Certificates of Divestiture for individuals who have been nominated by President Obama to executive branch positions requiring Senate confirmation may be obtained by completing the automated OGE Form 201, "Request to Inspect or Receive Copies of SF 278/OGE Form 278 Executive Branch Personnel Public Financial Disclosure Reports or Other Covered Records." The certified reports are available in the Open Government section of the OGE website under Presidential Appointee and Nominee Records. In addition, OGE receives copies of the public financial disclosure reports of individuals who have declared their candidacy for the Office of President of the United States. Those certified reports may also be obtained by completing the automated OGE Form 201.

The automated OGE Form 201 does not have to be completed to view/download copies of ethics agreements and waivers of the ethics pledge.

To obtain copies of SF278s and other covered records for individuals appointed to executive branch positions requiring Senate confirmation prior to January 20, 2009, members of the public should submit the paper 201 form (PDF) which continues to be available in the Forms Library on the OGE website.

For all other public financial disclosure filers, please contact the filer’s agency.
